Before dispatch, we verify the order details, confirm product availability, confirm the delivery address and site-access information, prepare the selected product for shipment, and coordinate delivery with the assigned freight carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after payment confirmation for eligible in-stock products once order details, product availability, delivery address, and site access have been confirmed.

• A single flat-rate shipping charge of $650 applies nationwide.
• Residential and commercial deliveries are included where the address is serviceable and the site can be accessed safely by the assigned freight carrier.
• No additional destination, distance, remote-area, or regional shipping charge applies after the delivery address has been confirmed as serviceable before payment.

Shipping containers are delivered using freight equipment selected according to the container size, delivery location, route, and confirmed site conditions. The delivery method is reviewed before dispatch, and the nationwide $650 flat-rate shipping charge is shown before payment.

Delivery Equipment May Include

• Tilt-bed trucks.
• Flatbed trailers.
• Specialized haulers for oversized, modified, or refrigerated containers.
• Delivery and offloading equipment selected by the carrier based on the confirmed order and site conditions.

Delivery Cost Structure

Flat-rate shipping is $650 nationwide. The complete shipping charge is displayed before payment and included on the customer’s order summary or invoice.

What the $650 Flat Rate Includes

• Freight transportation to the confirmed delivery address.
• Residential or commercial delivery.
• Standard carrier coordination and delivery scheduling.
• The confirmed freight and offloading arrangement shown in the order documentation.
• Delivery to the confirmed serviceable address within the United States.
• Delivery of the exact product or completed configuration identified in the confirmed order.

Scheduling & Appointment Coordination

Once an order is ready for delivery, the freight carrier or logistics team may contact the customer to confirm the delivery schedule, site access, and placement instructions.

• Appointments are generally scheduled during normal carrier operating hours.
• Customers should remain available using the contact information provided with the order.
• If an appointment must be changed, the customer should contact the logistics team as soon as possible.
• If delivery cannot be completed safely, the parties will coordinate a new delivery arrangement.

Delivery Terms & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for preparing the delivery location before the carrier arrives.

• Ensure the delivery site can safely accommodate large freight vehicles.
• Provide sufficient driveway width, turning space, and overhead clearance.
• Clear obstacles from the delivery area before arrival.
• Confirm that the ground surface is suitable for container placement.
• Comply with applicable local zoning, permit, and placement requirements.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect the container or product at delivery before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

• Inspect the container before acceptance.
• Note any visible shipping damage on the delivery paperwork.
• Take photographs if damage is observed.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Blue Line Equipment Sales, Corp., DBA Blue Line Containers, the customer, or the freight carrier.

• Severe weather or natural disruptions.
• Carrier delays or route changes.
• Mechanical issues or equipment availability.
• Road closures, permit delays, or regulatory restrictions.
• Site-access problems or delivery rescheduling.

If a delay occurs, we will provide updates whenever reasonably possible. The original $650 shipping charge remains unchanged unless the customer requests a materially different delivery address, product, or delivery service after payment.

Flat-Rate Shipping Terms

• Flat Rate Shipping is $650 Nationwide throughout the USA.
• No additional shipping charges apply after the delivery address, product, delivery method, and site-access requirements have been confirmed before payment.
• The shipping charge is displayed before payment and shown on the quotation, order summary, or invoice.
• The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery information before payment.
• If the customer later requests a materially different delivery address, product, or delivery service, the change must be reviewed and agreed in writing before dispatch.
• Once freight has been dispatched, any shipping refund or cancellation adjustment is handled under the Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.
