Description
The 10ft Fixed Glazing Observation Unit is designed for applications requiring an enclosed workspace with clear external visibility. The unit incorporates four fixed-glazed windows together with a steel personnel door to provide access and visibility suitable for a variety of operational environments.
The structure is manufactured from mild steel and includes insulated wall, roof, and floor assemblies. Interior finishes consist of cement-bound chipboard flooring with a PVC surface together with interior wall finishes available in white or oak veneer, depending on the selected configuration.
A factory-installed electrical package includes an external electrical connection, interior lighting, and a convector heater. Electrical specifications may vary depending on regional requirements or project configuration.
Forklift pockets are incorporated into the base to assist with handling and positioning where applicable. The unit may also be relocated using compatible lifting equipment designed for modular buildings.
